Meet the Team
Dr. Vincent Lam
Dr. Lam has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years in North East Edmonton. Dr. Lam grew up in Hong Kong and came to Canada for his post secondary education. He is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. He earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1982 from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. After graduation he moved to Edmonton and founded Londonderry Dental Centre. He enjoys all facets of general practice.
Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Lam enjoys spending time with his wife Patsy and three children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys ballroom dancing, playing badminton and golf in his leisure time.
Dr. Jeremy Wong
Dr. Wong was born and raised in Edmonton. He studied at the University of Alberta, and was granted acceptance into the Dentistry program. He earned his Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree in 2004. In 2006, he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Since graduation, Dr. Wong has been practicing dentistry in Edmonton with Dr. Lam at the Londonderry Dental Centre.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wong is kept busy with his wife Joanne and two boys Nicholas and Christopher. He enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. He is an avid Edmonton Oilers fan and also enjoys golfing in his spare time.
Dr. Victor Ma
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Ma studied at the University of Alberta where he was granted acceptance into the Dentistry program. He earned his Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree in 2004 and his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2006. Upon graduating, Dr. Ma has been practicing dentistry in Edmonton and joined the team at Londonderry Dental Centre in 2007. Dr. Ma enjoys the variety of general dentistry.
Outside of professional practice, Dr. Ma loves to travel the world with his wife Cindy and play sports, especially basketball, hockey and golf. He is an avid Edmonton Oilers fan and enjoys attending home games.
Dr. Derek Lam
Dr. Derek Lam is the newest dentist to join our Miller Crossing Dental Clinic team. Born and raised in Edmonton, Dr. Lam graduated from Boston University earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. As a licenced practitioner in both the United States and Canada, Dr. Lam is here to serve the dental needs of the Edmonton community with great passion and care.
In his spare time, Dr. Lam loves to play hockey, basketball and golf. As an avid sports and travel enthusiast, he wishes to one day visit every major sports arena and venue in North America.
